Thanks for sharing your experience to obtain the RAP. In 2012 it is still the same difficulty to obtain a RAP without the tour the agency want absolutly to sell. They wants to win a lot or nothing. We are a group of 6 but They don’t need to win 20 euros x 6 to provide a simple paper because they are richer than us. While they do nothing for their poor indians citizens. This is a strange way of thinking…We are a group of 6 so we prefer to bring our monney to an other place….
